About Iṣaro

As teens, it's difficult to manage the pressure of school work, relationships, career decisions looming (you know what I am talking about) and not jeopardize your mental health. It's easy to get engulfed in the flames of navigating this trying stage of life and most people unfortuantely do not realize this. To some, mental health is for unserious people who can't find real things to worry about.

 

The Iṣaro Community believes that a sound mind is key to a functional life, and so we are dedicated to raising awareness on the importance of mental health and how it can be preserved, improved and guarded. We aspire to promote the development of well balanced and empathetic teens in any way we can!

 

Not just a group of people who think they are mental health gurus in secondary school, but teens who can relate to the struggle and simply want to be there for others, we came together to create the Isaro Blog. This blog intends to provide useful materials and information targeted at keeping teen minds sound. Materials made not only by our team but also by anyone willing to share experiences, tips and information that could be beneficial to teen mental health. That is to say that in addition to our mental health tips, we are open to contributions from anyone who is as committed as we are to supporting teens in looking after their general welfare, and mental health in particular. We look forward to lively and interactive engagement with teens around the world.
